Pre-Owned firearms are sold AS-IS with NO warranties. All sales are final-no returns or refunds.  Buyer is responsible for inspection prior to purchase/transfer.  

All firearms are subject to background check, if purchased from outside of Arkansas, they must be shipped to FFL.
